Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@thedivign.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

Please note that slight variations in color or placement may occur and are not considered defects.
